Our giant 50th issue with an extra 16 pages kicks off with the fantasy and horror artwork of David Palumbo who has painted many of Marvel's super-heroes as a card collection. Next we visit Julie Bell to discuss her work and take a look at her most recent and personal paintings. Then we look at the work of British comic strip artist Mike Noble known for his stylish work on Look In comic strips as well the Daleks and TV 21 artwork. The seminal French science-fiction magazine Metal Hurlant is now appearing in English so we interviewed its original co-creator Jean-Paul Dionnet, about its origins t and how it influenced countless other magazines including Heavy Metal. To round off this giant issue we present a Gallery of the artwork of Ron Embleton.
